The Host’s Perspective:

I read a lot of great marketing books and Shareology is one of the most interesting I’ve read lately.

Bryan Kramer is one of the world’s experts in the art and science of sharing. Which might explain why this book is already a bestseller.

Humans have always shared but now in the information age, sharing has become much easier. And because of that the importance of sharing has changed. So, the more that you and your organization understand why people share what they share, the more successful you will be at increasing awareness and spreading your message.

The book explores the various types of sharers and what their motivations are, why sharing is the foundation of the relationships, and how to understand whether or not your sharing will resonate with your audience. Plus, the book has a lot of really practical marketing tips and tactics.

And if you like marketing books like I do, Bryan’s book is also special treat because he references so many other interesting books.

After reading Shareology, my reading list got a bit longer. And my understanding of why humans share what they do got a lot deeper.
