The 4 A’s of Marketing: Creating Value for Customer, Company and Society by Jagdish Sheth and Rajendra Sisodia
Jagdish Sheth is the Charles H. Kellstadt Professor of Marketing at Emory University. He has been an educator, thought leader and adviser to governments and industries for more than 40 years.
He has published more than 30 books and over 200 academic papers in all top marketing journals. His book, The Theory of Buyer Behavior (with John A. Howard) published in 1969 is a classic in marketing.
And, interesting fact – In 1938 Dr. Sheth was born in Burma (now Myanmar) where his father had migrated from India to set up a business as a rice merchant. In 1941, the family fled back to India in wake of Japanese invasion of Burma.
